Racist staff. Took advantage of my family being homeless to try and handle us in such a disgusting manner after staying there for over 30 days. Continued to charge over 20 in tax even though Georgia law states after 30 continuous days of staying in a hotel, you are tax exempt and they can no longer charge tax. I paid nearly an extra 200 in tax, never complained just to be treated like trash. On the day we left, they cut power from 9:20 am-11:32 am nearly giving our 4 month old baby a heat stroke. They had multiple issues with the power being off for extended periods of time and never once offered any type of accommodations or compensation. Will not allow you to speak with the manager of the hotel, says he stays in New Jersey and they will not contact him if you ask. I ended up having to go off on the cockeyed front desk woman (who is often extremely rude) because my husband called me while I was gone and she was at our room door yelling and arguing with my husband in front of our children. Her supervisor, the little frail guy that looks like a turtle is also extremely nasty and rude and has raised his voice with
Me before but I allowed it because pride has no place when you need somewhere to stay. However our last day there, after Cockeyed Wonder screamed at my husband, I gave both her and that Franklin wannabe a piece of my mind. The hotel is very cheaply made, it is certainly not worth the price
