When I checked in, he was very unfriendly and didn't know what time it was. When I told him it was 3pm, check-in time, he said "that doesn't mean theres a room ready for you." They must have been understaffed or disorganized. We got to our rooms and they were smaller than pictures, but I moved a chair to fit the pack n' play. Carpeted area under the sink which I thought was odd. Big, smelly stains all over the carpet. It felt gross, but we only booked 1 night. Went down to the outdoor pool and the hot tub was closed off and out of commission, which was a bummer. Main pool was fine, luckily for the kids. Breakfast wasn't up to basic standards. The waffle making machine was out of commission, no yogurt (even though there was a yogurt parfait sign), expired apple slices, no peanut butter, etc. The area park was full of tweakers and I generally felt unsafe, even at the motel. There's a huge gap in the concrete stairs where one of my kids legs could easily fall through--no way it was to code. The pictures online were nothing like what it was in person. I regretted not paying a little extra to go to the Hampton accross the street for my quick family vacation. It was gross.
