When we were driving to the hotel, we were not sure it was in a great spot for us as the area round. It seemed a little bit sketchy. However, the hotel was beautiful and we were very happy there and would definitely recommend staying there. We did find a restaurant around the corner close to the Train station, which had some great food

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. My double room was quite spacious and surprisingly quiet. I appreciated the comfortable seating area where we could wait after checking out and before heading toward the nearby train station.

Staff Jafranco is good and helpful for booking taxi from hotel to airport. However, hotel surrounding area is not safe and a lots of African, Indian, and other minorities are hanging around. Perhaps they are living nearby but for tourist definitely is not a good place to stay although hotel is close to Napoli Central Station. In addition, we found out that a kettle is not clean and it seems like some stain or bubbles inside when we boiled some hot water.

The rooms were super small and neither interior nor comfort is in the range of a 4 star hotel. As soon as you walk out the door you will see and smell trash everywhere. The streets smell of piss and you will also see homeless people and illegal migrants hustling everywhere. It does not feel safe at night.
