When we got here, it was after 11PM, so the door was locked and there was a sign to ring the bell. We rang it several times before someone came. When he came, he tried to just talk to us through the window but we couldn’t understand him. He buzzed us in and the check in process took SO LONG!! We were exhausted after a day of travel and it was such a long & grueling process. Then, when we got into our room, it was SO HOT:( And the mini fridge was not plugged in. Then, the remote control for the TV didn’t work. Bc it was so late, we just manually turned the TV on and left it on the channel it was on since we couldn’t change the channel. The toilet paper was the thinnest toilet paper I’ve EVER SEEN:( Like literally see through. Beds were kinda comfy so that was nice. We stayed in the accessible room as I’m disabled, and while the shower was ADA compliant, the floor didn’t drain properly so the floor was COVERED in water after a 5 minute shower. Nice breakfast so that was a plus. We skipped check out and just left the keys in the room bc we couldn’t handle another check in/check out process. Overall would not stay here again. Bummer, but especially for the price.
