This was the worst hotel I never got to stay in. After reserving a room online, they ask you to use an app to send your driver's license. I tried over and over to get the app the work and then tried sending a photo from my own phone. I figured there would be a human to handle the problem once I got there. Wrong! Could not get a key and had trouble finding a person on a computer to help me. She couldn't. I was HOT. If this is the future of hotels, I want out. Totally robotic, nobody human to help. I wonder how people who actually get into a room find help after they book in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
