The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, and one male front desk staff member stood out for his professionalism and willingness to answer my questions clearly and respectfully. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by instances of unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate behavior from other staff members. Noise was a recurring issue during my stay. A cleaning staff member spoke loudly with another employee while working in the room next to mine, disrupting my sleep. Additionally, room service knocked aggressively on my door as early as 9 a.m., and the lawn was mowed at 7 a.m., creating unnecessary disturbances.
I chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation and its affiliation with a hospitality institute, which set my expectations high for professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met.
