I liked the fact that it was walking distance to the city centre. I didn't like the fact that I had to queue for long at reception to be served. Everyday there was always a crowd of guests to be served at reception. Service too slow and lighting in room poor. Some light were not working and TV was also not working

The cleanliness standards were lacking, with stained carpets and dusty surfaces throughout the property. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation, with chipped tiles and a musty smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Overall, the Pearl Swiss failed to meet even basic expectations of cleanliness and upkeep, making it a regrettable choice for accommodation. This hotel should be 1.5 star and not 4.
