I had made a reservation days in advance. When I got to the place, I noticed the parking lot unkempt, dirty and with an unpleasant smell. I was surprised that there were no cars in the place. When I approached the door, it was closed and had a note attached informing that the hotel was closed due to renovation. At no time did the hotel notify me that it would be closed. When they finally take my call, after 1 week, I ask them for a refund because I had paid it in advance. When I asked for this, they refused to give it to me. I lost the money completely.
