Actually, this is not a boutique hotel, the services are poor, the room quite uncomfortable, my first inconvenience here was with the supply of bottled water, I woke up the first night without water I went to the reception at 8 am and they informed me that they did not have because the supply man had not arrived.
My second inconvenience was the next day when we returned from the pool at about 6pm, the room card did not work.
The food buffet is terrible, the a la carte restaurant worse, when you ask about the menu, the waiter responds to you, ignores the companions list, we only vegetables, and about the dessert you must go out the restaurant to take from the buffet.
From the pool bar the only unpleasant thing are the bees and flies, the flies in the morning are over the dead crabs that the raccoons kill them, and the black vulture bird also eat these crabs. All that flies later are over the fruits and glasses in the bar.
They should put lamps against insects and fans in those wet bars.
Property is amazing, just like the fauna there, it is a very nice dry forest, many crabs at night, the pools are large and very clean, the liquors are premium every where, and the cocktails prepared with fruits are excellent I would say artisanal, the bar tender of the saltwater pool Dennis is super gentle with guests, and with the children very nice to he make them delicious natural fruit juices.
*This hotel is extremely overrated
