Reserved 2 weeks prior a room with 2 queen beds. They did not reserve the room and only had 1 room with a king bed. The front desk worker figured, since we didn’t have kids, it was no big deal. I stated I reset he room 2 weeks before as, sleeping with a Great Dane dog, is tolerable when the dog sleeps on a queen bed, plus one person sleeps alone.
They offered no apologies, no sorrys and now way to resurrect the problem. After a contentious circle of debate, I left and sadly this was not investigated.
Won’t stay here again.
