Gorgeous properly and awesome staff. Beautiful views, first class hospitality and everyone is so accommodating and helpful. The only thing I would say is the wifi isn’t super reliable for working remotely if you have to do video conferences, but we made it work. The staff was willing to reset the router when I asked and helpful with so many other things. Truly an exceptional experience and our favorite stay of our trip.

We chose to stay at La Haut for its stunning views, and it truly delivered. The panoramic scenery, especially down at the infinity pool, felt like something from a 5-star resort. The view from our room in Cashew 2 was equally impressive, making it one of the most breathtaking locations on the island. Dining was also a highlight—the restaurant served excellent food, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a real treat. That said, the resort does need some updates. While our sheets were clean, they were stained and in clear need of replacement, which might bother some guests. Additionally, the lounge chairs at the infinity pool were very worn out; they’d stretched to the point where the bars dug into our backs, making them practically unusable. Despite these issues, we would still stay here again. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was positive. However, I would recommend that management consider replacing some of the older items to improve guests' comfort. Lastly, the check-in area was underwhelming, which initially worried us, but don’t let it set your expectations for the rest of the resort—it only got better from there. Overall, we’d recommend this hotel for its incredible views, but guests should be prepared for a few maintenance-related quirks.

Great location. Outstanding views of the Pitons & the Bay. Infinity pool is very nice but old, half the chairs were broken. The buildings are very rustic but comfortable. Check-in was awkward, no sign where to go. Chef Shade was great. Very nice and food was good. We stayed in Cottage #7, Bed was comfortable & air conditioning worked fine.

Definitely a 2-star hotel
Ok, so we only stayed here because our flight got cancelled and almost everything else was already booked. It beat sleeping on the airport floor. That said, La Haut is not a “resort” by any stretch of the imagination. It needs some serious TLC and I would not stay there again. Nevertheless, the view was beautiful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We made the best of it.

Check-in closes 4pm which is really early. We already knew this so were prepared, but there were not enough towels in our room as they never stored them for the pool. We had two rooms, and one of the rooms ac did not work well. There were a couple issues and no one there to address them. The staff did not really care what your issues were. The rooms were below average. The best thing about the property is the views. The views were unbeatable, especially at the infinity pool and during breakfast. The only reason to recommend this place is for it's views if you are ok with below average rooms. It's pricey considering the rooms you get but the views make it worth it.
