My partner and myself had a pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn express. The rooms and bathroom is very clean and the staff is friendly. There is a gentleman working there with an infectious laugh. We were never interrupted and we enjoyed the quiet very much. This is actually our second stay here is three weeks. Convenient to the highway and local roads.
The place was nice and clean. The rooms were clean.
I booked a room online then i got there and the room i booked was removed
It was clean but the front desk women had a nasty attitude
no internet no cable Room ok Parking Ok Price Good
Be careful the staff in the building let the people be in the común areas with out mask many times i saw people in reception with oit mask breathing and exhale around you dangerous
The staff was professional and courteous, room was clean and well prepared. Love the free parking which is a big plus in NYC
Not so good because they were going through renovations and we were unaware during booking. Their website and the hotel message line indicate they serve breakfast... NOT TRUE under the conditions of COVID19 and due to the renovations. I would have respected if they said something like normally we do but under the current circumstances we are going through renovations and COVID19 blah blah blah. We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and were put on a bottom floor with views of unfinished rooms,unfinished hallways, smell of paint, holes in the room where I guess switches or outlets are supposed to be IDK.... just a total eye sore. We asked to change our room to a floor that was finished. We were told one would be ready the next morning. We asked around 7am but one wasn't ready and were told housekeeping comes in at 9 and one would be ready around 10 or 11. When we called back we were told the initial finished floor (the 2nd floor) wasn't ready but the 4th floor unfinished was. I was very upset because I thought since we made them aware the night before they'd automatically prepare the 2nd floor room for us instead we had to wait hours until housekeeping reached the 2nd floor. We were driving around still with all of our bags. Had we have known, prior to booking, we would have booked somewhere else. We did eventually get the room when we returned around 7pm and it was nice and floor was completed. However, damage was already done. My advise ASK questions before booking.
Hotel under renovation. Not providing the “free” breakfast due to COVID. Hallways with no AC and carpets are extremely stain. Furniture dated. And still charging regular price.
