The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa is a beautiful property with stunning architecture and well-maintained grounds, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.
The customer service did not meet the high expectations set by the resort’s advertisements. Requests were often delayed, such as when we asked for a blanket at 9 pm but didn’t receive it until after midnight. Additionally, our mini fridge wasn’t working upon arrival and, after it was replaced, was never restocked daily as promised.
The food was also underwhelming—often bland, served at room temperature, and occasionally off-tasting. This was true across several meals, making dining a less enjoyable part of our experience.
To make matters worse, my wife was insulted by a male bartender one evening, which is simply unacceptable for any resort.
We also had to pay extra for two lobsters at the seafood restaurant despite the all-inclusive package. While we don’t mind paying for quality, the overall experience didn’t justify the additional cost.
For the price of this resort, we expected far better service and a smoother, more relaxing vacation. Management should address these issues to better meet guest expectations.
