I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort with my family, including two seniors with mobility issues, and was quite disappointed with our experience. The buildings are very old and lack sufficient modern amenities. There is only one elevator, and it only takes you one floor down, making it very inconvenient for anyone who needs assistance getting around.
For an all-inclusive resort, I found it unacceptable that there were no servers available to offer food if you were by the pool. Additionally, there was no room service available, and the minibar in our room did not work. The beds were incredibly squeaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. The servers seemed to be in a bad mood, which affected the overall atmosphere. The food was consistently cold and soggy, which was a letdown. Breakfast was particularly challenging, with only one cook available to prepare eggs, resulting in huge line-ups every morning.
For three nights, we were never able to book for dinner in one of the restaurants because the QR code provided for reservations never worked. This added to our frustration and negatively impacted our overall dining experience.
Overall, this resort did not meet the standards one would expect from an all-inclusive experience. There are many areas in need of improvement, and I would not recommend it to others, especially those who have mobility issues or are looking for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.
