The receptionist was tired of his job I think because he did not give me any map and the transport card. I need to ask and he just gave me, no explanation at all. They send me a questionnaire a few days ago in order to know the reason of my trip and things I need and I ask for a map but I guess they did not read it, so please don’t make people lose their time fill in it. They lend me an adaptor but it did not work and I cannot use my devices. Nobody at the front desk before 8am. Positive: good breakfast, nice towels, comfortable room and they give a room opposite the trains. However, at 2:30 a group of spanish people from rooms next to 104 enter shouting, singing and making lot of noise and no one control that. So I cannot rest. A shame.
