There were multiple small problems with our stay.
It starts with the charge for the "available parking." This is not a metro area hotel, where parking is a premium and it is not visible, when booking. There is a simple fix. At the top of the page where you seem room charge and what's included and it says "parking available" add the words, "fee charged." Don't make me scroll all over the page looking for hidden fees.
The room looks new and there is plenty of space.
There is a large work area provided in the room, but only 1 chair provided for a desk that is 6 feet in length and 2 travelers. After convincing the staff member at front desk that the couch was not set up as a work area, a second chair was brought to the room.
We're coffee drinkers so it was great to have a kcup machine in the room, but selection of kcups should include a dark roast (a tea, a decaf and 2 light roast).
Bathroom looks modern and spacious, but someone had turned off the water that fills the commode. Did no one check it? Cracked mirror with tape covering crack.
The king size bed is relatively comfortable but the pillows are mismatched.
In the year 2024, the tv package offered is out of step. At this point, I think most travelers are expecting a smart tv that enables you to stream content. The selection of channels offered is basic.
Key cards that give you access to your rooms apparently can be deactivated if they come into contact with your cellphone. Both?
