We had level 2 room and there was a squealing or chirping sound all night and I couldn’t sleep. I asked the front desk to have someone please see what it was. The front desk said they will have security come to my room to see what the sound was. Nobody came for a hour. I took matters into my own hands and open the balcony. It seem like it was a sound coming from a tree on the hotel land. I investigated and threw a water bottle into the tree and the sound stopped for 30 minutes. After I told the front desk there is an animal in the tree and maybe they can scare it away but they did nothing. I would have to go outside throw a water bottle every hour to scare the animal so that my family can sleep. Poor response from the hotel and help
