Before you even go into your tiny house take pictures of EVERYTHING. I mean everything from inside out every step you take.. We just got back home to Houston to find out we didn't get our full deposit back because something was damaged that was CLEARLY already damaged before we even stepped a foot into this facility. We didn't think anything of it BECAUSE you could clearly tell it was old damage. Also, we noted some of the amenities were barely functional (the toilet barely flushing, and sink was somewhat clogged, but it was "good enough" for two days). Our other family member stayed at a non-dog friendly tiny house, we could tell there was newer and better kept up with which we did not mind nor were surprised about since it was not a dog friendly house. Honestly I would have let it slide because we are not ones to complain. We did not want to take time away from our trip to be waiting for staff to come fix something this minor and already there. Supervisor named Monica was not friendly whatsoever, its almost as if we should feel privileged to stay here instead of welcoming her guest. If you are planning on grilling or bbq, bring your own because the ones at the facility are trash.
