During this stay, the cleanliness did not meet the standards I experienced during my previous visit. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues, including an excessive number of sewer bugs in the bathroom and other bugs throughout the apartment.
Additionally, I was disappointed because the front desk was not able to assist but the clerk was extremely helpful. Because my reservation was made through a third-party site, I experienced a significant delay when seeking assistance, as staff were unable to help due to the booking method. This is the first time I’ve had this issue, even though I booked the exact same way last year.
Based on this experience, I will avoid using third-party services for future bookings.
