I am writing to formally share my recent experience during our stay at your hotel, which, unfortunately, was not a pleasant one.
We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 AM, exhausted from our travels. Upon waking up later that morning, we discovered a number of unacceptable cleanliness issues in our room:
• There was a very dirty bra under the bed.
• Used towels were left around the room.
• The bed sheets were dirty.
• The bathroom and end tables were also unclean.
• The towels provided were soiled.
Additionally, the kiosk we used to check in and receive our room key was malfunctioning. It took us 45 minutes to finally obtain a key, despite multiple requests to speak to staff. We were told someone would be coming to assist us, but no one ever arrived, leaving us to resolve the issue ourselves.
The next day, we informed the staff of our concerns. While they acknowledged the situation, that evening, we encountered even more issues. When we returned to our room, the hotel was overrun with unsupervised teenagers who were being extremely loud, smoking, and generally causing a disturbance.
To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (around 3:00 AM), and it was unclear whether this was an actual emergency, a test, or a prank caused by the unsupervised guests. There was loud music and screaming outside, making it nearly impossible to rest.
