10/10 Exceptional

Fantastic place to stay!
Samuel, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Good budget stop on a motorcycle trip. A couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. While the hotel is fine for its purpose, the surrounding neighborhood is rather dodgy looking. Once you get past that, it was a good place to stay overnight.
Patrick, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We like the kitchen amenity.
Dante, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Location/Price Great - Condition Not

Price was low relative to other properties - East Glacier. Not all plugs and lights worked. Street parking was safer than by the room. Close to a few restaurants and Glacier NP entrance on east side. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a dump. but for 150.00 a night what do you expect!
Michael, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice staff, knowledgeable, great recommendations for dinner. great location, dirty carpet, 2 plugs in room don’t work, terrible wifi, no cups for coffee. dirty fan . Dirt roads , & bed linens questionable. Walls thin, easily hear people coughing 2 rooms away.
Christina, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We stayed at the inn & not in a cabin, which I thought I had. Everyone was very friendly & remembered my name. Town needs improvement.
cheryl, 2-night trip

no house keeping services, the breakfast that was offered was sub par as juice & granola bars was served on a table outside of rooms in corridor. I would not stay here again.
Michael, 9-night trip

6/10 Good

Parking was poor. There was construction going on near by, so the area was filled with workers stuff and trailers.
Judith, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

THERE WAS NO ROOM. They did not honor our reservation.
Deb, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Didnt get a room, what i have been booked. It was over booked!
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Does not meet basic standards

The place is the cheapest in the area for a good reason. Owner has another place nearby, they did not honor a reservation made, paid, and confirmed 2 months ago, so we spent 3 hours beginning 8 pm to call places in the area so we did not have to sleep in the car.
George, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Reservation was not honored……room was given to someone else!
Matthew, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I would not recomend it
MIGUEL ANGEL, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place looks nothing like the pictures. It is disgusting.
Robert, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Located in East Glacier. Great for base (to sleep and get ready for the day's adventure). If you're looking for luxury, stay in West Glacier. This is basic accommodations which should suit one who's really into the outdoors. Wifi is pretty much non-existent so head over to the lodge for food and connection. TV has channels but I couldn't get the local news but again, you're probably hear for the great outdoors anyway so give yourself a social media break. Sukaappii! (Blackfeet for "it's all good").
Roger, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Checking in was kind of rough, girl didn't know if we paid or not at first, it took her a bit to figure it out. Parking is a nightmare, if you find a spot then you better not want to leave because you will probably be trapped in. However, at least the grocery store and 2 restaurants are within walking distance. There was a hole in the floor outside the shower that was just covered with linoleum. And then when we went to leave, we found a man's pair of flip flops under one of the beds...who knows how long those had been there.
Tina, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The description on the website is not what you get upon arrival. VERY limited parking. What I paid for the room didnt come close to what we got. They should take the money they get and do a major upgrade. At least shampoo the carpet. The office did not open till 9 which prevented getting coffee 😒. Coffee was provided in the room but is was prescooped into a paper cup. Not using open grounds with the condition of the room. The only up side to this room was the location to Glacier National Park.

10/10 Exceptional

I enjoyed my stay here I’m hiking the CDT was happy with the positive energy here and respect from the staff. I’ll stay again when in town! Easy access to glacier for epic hiking here!
David, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Not impressed. After driving from west Yellowstone to east glacier, we arrive and are told “ we gave away your room” So the clerk offered a single bed for 2 men. Really? We said that will not work Then she offered a second single bed Room in a different building. This way we had 2 rooms I went into my room. No reception on the TV! Also no internet The other room had issues with the shower Both rooms the shampoo dispensers were empty. In my room there was a coffee maker with a Styreofoam cup with coffee grinds but no filter. Really?! Never again
Eric, 2-night trip

I loved the people running the property. It's quaint, but warm and clean. I would stay here again.
Mary, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

When I arrived, nobody was on site to let me in. None of the phone numbers worked (the one listed on expedia is someone who has nothing to do with this place at all). Nothing in the booking said anything about letting people know if I was arriving late, but this left me stranded in a foreign country. If it weren't for the kindness of strangers, I don't know what I would have done. The next day, I was let into my room. The sheets, sink and toilet were the only clean things in the room. I don't think that floor has EVER been vacuumed. I heard through the grapevine that the owner overbooked multiple people and left others stranded as well. The locals didn't have much nice to say about this person either. It's wild and very wrong that the expedia listing is tied to someone who doesn't even live there, can't help, etc. Expedia needs to fix that ASAP, they should probably remove this listing all together, as it's unsafe, feels like not even a real business, unclean, etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Erin, 3-night trip

Quaint motel

It was a good stay. Was cold and the heater was not working, but the clerk let us use a space heater and it keep it warm.
