Not to bad
I have stayed at this hotel before and this stay was alot different. For starters, the air in my room was not cooling so the hotel gave me a fan that was half broken, we couldn't change rooms because we were told the hotel was booked, and from the parking lot, that was true. The room also had broken items that I took pictures of because I didn't want to get any surprise charges.
Next issue was linen for the pullout bed. We called the frontdeask and they told us we had to come to the front desk to get some linen because they couldn't leave the front desk because they were short handed. But I will say this...The next day we left early and came back around noon and all issues were addressed. So the stay was not all bad. Just started off bad.
