I loved this houseboat! It had 2 full beds in separate spaces, a twin in the loft and a pullout. Plus a kitchen with a full size fridge, sink and 2 burner stove. We borrowed kayaks and bikes to explore marathon - both included with our stay. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the fish and hoping for an off season manatee spotting. It’s also right around the corner from Publix so very quick for late night ice cream and a beer for that porch.

I’m just going to say our boat did not resemble the pictures and there was a lot of movement. The weather didn’t help! It was fun trying something new.

Really enjoyed our stay at yacht haven, the location is great with lots of shops etc nearby.We were on a fishing trip so enjoyed cheap beers at the Brass monkey 5 mins walk away most evenings! Units are like a cross between trailer and boat, i will say it was a little smaller than id imagined but that was never an issue. Manatees and Tarpon almost touching the dock, was so amazing. Staff went above and beyond , even lent us a cool box to save buying one for our trip, will definitely stay again.

Excellent for what it is. It's a boat. As long as you're not expecting a fine resort, you'll love an aqua lodge. Manatees stopped by our last morning to wish us well.

We loved being able to sit on the deck of the houseboat and enjoy the lights and water. Well equipped kitchen (with the exception of one burner that did not work). Nice linens and towels. Easy access to Overseas Highway.

We really like the ability to cook simple meals inside and that groceries are nearby. The kayaks are in good condition; however, the bicycles are a bit warn by the salt air. People are friendly around the area. The negative is the wifi (non-existent) for us. I had to buy more data just to complete some tasks. The TV reception was very spotty, so bring some cards to entertain yourself after sunset.

We stayed here for 5 days for a family vacation and absolutely adored the area and aqua lodges. It was so beautiful and peaceful, the manatees swam up nightly and the area had gorgeous views. The lodges are roomy and kitchen area was perfect- nice that they provided kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, coffee mugs you name it. Whatever we needed was provided here. Staff is very friendly and helpful- easily and readily able to assist any questions we had. The cleaning crew even had our aqua lodge ready prior to check in time which was convenient after driving all day to our destination. Tons of nice stores and restaurants in the area too. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back in the future!

Surprised to drive up and see it was directly behind the grocery store, but once we settled in, we found it to be a very comfortable and relatively quiet experience. The marina and property are very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the greetings from the manatees during our morning coffee. Great location. Enjoyed Sombrero Beach and farmers market. Didn’t mind the roosters.

We loved our stay on this property. The units were very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The best part was sitting on the back "porch" and watching the manatees. I would absolutely recommend this property.

We wanted to do something different and came across the aqua lodges at Yacht Haven. The staff at the marina were very helpful and friendly which made check-in and checkout a breeze. The property was just as the photos detailed. Very clean, new, great location for moving around the town. We rented a boat onsite and they had bikes, kayaks and paddle boards available. The aqua lodges had all the essentials you need. It was nice to relax on the back deck and watch the sunset. Be mindful, the Keys have random roosters and chickens roaming and they can be a little noisy at night but otherwise quiet location. We experienced the same in Key West on this trip as well. Also, staff do a great job with making sure all the essentials you may need are stocked in the bathroom. Keep in mind this is a houseboat and the water heater is small and it is a marine toilet. We will stay again if we travel back to the Keys!
