Casa tagoo looked like the perfect hotel for our 4 night getaway, however we found their advertising to be misleading to the point of being incorrect. We arrived late and were picked up by Anna's father, who was more of the face of the establishment (can't call it a hotel). He was lovely and was one of few positives of the trip.
We called Anna on the first night as we were not happy, she moved us to a 'Deluxe double suite with balcony and sea view' and mentioned we could only have it for 3 of the 4 nights, we agreed this was fine. Two nights in the shower/toilet flooded the room, we called Anna immediately and were told we had to vacate the room straight away as others were coming that day. This would have been fine if we knew, and we weren't given 15 minutes to get out (and only after we called her - not sure what would have happened if we were out). We then asked if there were any other rooms, only to be ignored for multiple hours and having to message again to get a response. We did not meet Anna and were not impressed with her customer service.
To list a few of the inaccuracies we found upon booking the 'superior double suite with side sea view and hot tub':
- The private hot tub (also called the kids pool to other guests) was a cold tub of dirty water, with jets that didn't work. (Photos attached)
