We arrived at the host's place around 8:30pm after a long day and flight, only to find it in an inhabitable condition. The kitchen counter was dirty with a dead spider, the bathroom seat was wet, the bathtub had spots, the bedroom curtains couldn't be closed, the loveseat seats were untidy with crumbs, and the closets in the bedroom smelled of mold and had a very dirty carpet. In short, it was nothing like what was shown in the pictures on the Expedia reservation. We decided to check out immediately and secured another hotel at 10:20pm the same night.
As a result, we had to pay for another Uber ride to the new hotel and also had to pay a higher price for the accommodation since it was last minute. We kindly request a refund for the original reservation, as well as compensation for the additional Uber ride and the extra cost of the new hotel
