Our recent stay was highly unsatisfactory, full of maintenance and service issues. As Salina regulars, we are extremely disappointed.
The key card was overly worn, requiring multiple swipes to enter the room. The room was booked for 2 Queen beds but only had Full-sized beds, which was inadequate for our party of six. The sofa bed was unmade, lacked linens, and had dry mud chunks on the mattress, making it unusable. We had to walk to the front desk just to get sheets.
The pool area smelled foul, and the adjacent hallway was constantly soaking wet. The first-floor ice machine was broken, and the vending machine dispensed frozen water bottles.
When asking for extra towels for our six guests, the associate provided only two and claimed there were no more clean ones available.
Breakfast was subpar. Seating was extremely limited (only 6-7 tables). We witnessed an employee microwaving eggs in a public microwave before serving them. The sausage was severely overcooked and rubbery.
Due to the cumulative poor service and conditions, this was a miserable experience, and we will sadly not be returning.
