It's a spa hotel that could learn a lot by visiting other spa hotels around the world.
They charge you for an early check-in 20euros, which is steep, especially when the place is huge, and was obvious that they weren't at capacity. As far as I could tell, you have to book the dinner and breakfast with the room, and both are not good. Imagine you are eating airplane food and that's what you have. If you can avoid it make sure you do.They didn't provide water at the dinner or in the room (only for a fee), which is very strange for a "spa" hotel. They charge for any little thing "extra" you get. For example, they charge for fresh juice at breakfast. They have a security tag on a very worn robe, which is extremely tacky. They make you purchase slippers, but because the spa floor was so wet I almost fell many times. They don't give you an intro to the spa areas and it was confusing. We finally found the "fire & water area", which is the only area worth going to unless you have a loud family or you want to watch tv or listen to bad music. It's more like a family waterpark than a spa. Fire & Water area does have a lot of different saunas, and an ice room, so that was the best part of our stay. The bed was comfortable, but there was a super loud noise in the hall at around 3:30 am that woke us. The wifi doesn't work well. The receptionists are friendly. The spa doesn't open until 10am and guess what check-out is also at 10am. Unless you want to pay an extra 20euro again.
