This hotel is most definitely not 3 star, it is 2 star at absolute most. Old, worn out and stained furniture, cobwebs hanging from light fixtures, a shower that doesn't drain, terrible smelling carpets, pillows and linens. Very, very dated fixtures and in desperate need of a renovation.
Terrible service on check out where I was charged for the incorrect room, and then accused by email of checking out without paying at all.
When I provided my receipt they acknowledged that the clerk (who I had to WAKE UP in order to check out at 4 am) charged me for the wrong room, and now they want my credit card information by email so that they can bill me the difference. NOT A CHANCE WILL THAT BE HAPPENING!
I have sent an Interac payment to them in Canadian dollars for the difference in the charges, but I'm shocked and stunned that they are pursuing me for this money.
I would recommend that you sleep in your car or on the floor of the airport rather than this hotel.
