Buena ubicacion. Bien comunicado con el aeropuerto y con el centro de la ciuad
Highly recommended especially if you have a car. There's free parking around the corner after 19.00 to 11.00 and the hourly cost was very low. There's a p-garage but no need. Very few restaurants in the area. The night clerk had no clue who would be open if any after 22. Hammarby Sjöstad feels brand new, not like being in Stockholm and has no rustic old tyme architecture if that matters. Awrsome view. We got a room on 12th floor. Great low rate by using the app. There are streetcars nearby but we never found out where they would take you. Great place!
No hot running water. Room was cold. Good breakfast.

The water was off during the first night. When it was turned back on the flow was milky white in color. For two or three nights following there was no hot water. A late offer to change rooms arrived 3 days after check in, but by that time it would have been a major chore to rearrange everything. The lock box would not open. The man assigned to repair it simply slammed the locking mechanism with his fist with no good result. No US news channel on the menu.
Great staff, lovely food, comfy beds but they need to sort out the pillows its like lying on a flat tyre. Cleanliness wasn't too bad. Just one small complaint there was scum and hair in the sink around the overflow.
Just back from 5 night stay. Lovely hotel. Rooms clean and beds super comfy. Staff very helpful and friendly. I am coeliac and they had gluten free bread (with a separate toaster for us coeliacs), gluten free crisp bread and cakes along with a great choice of hot / cold breakfast. There is a tram station very close to hotel, buses and the marina is not far from hotel which has a regular free boat trip across to Sodermalm. Would definitely return. Can’t wait. So much to see and do.

The breakfast buffet options were plentiful. The chef & waiting team maintaining it did a brilliant job especially at the weekend when it was extremely busy. Nothing was too much trouble for them despite the impatience of some guests. One thing that could be improved as is done at other hotel chains is offering differing firmness of pillows.
We liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff. Daniel and Melinda in the front desk were also very hospitable. We did not like the lack of air conditioning when it said on the website that there was climate controlled ac. The internet was not working on the 3rd floor. We spoke with the front desk who told us that it must be working because no one else had complained about it!! My husband and I had to sit outside our room in the corridor to access the internet :( . When we checked in we were expecting to be in the room we had booked on expedia which was a queen + twin bed. We were told at the front desk that there was no such room! Obviously marketing and expedia need to get their act together regarding false information as we could have chosen another hotel. The ‘front office manager’ was argumentative and inhospitable regarding this and refused to believe us. When I showed her the booking info, she backtracked but after her absolute rudeness during our conversations, we were not willing to accept her apology. An example of this was when she commented, ‘whatever’ when we said we were going to report her behavior. The hotel offered us one nights accommodation off the bill but this did not make up for the wrong room, lack of air conditioning and unacceptable behavior of the front office manager. For these reasons, we are requesting that at least 2-3 nights be taken off our bill to compensate for the issues outlined above. Please advise regarding this.
