It appears that the property is self-run, and the lack of genuine concern is palpable. Despite reaching out to reception to report damages, my concerns were entirely ignored. Living with a broken stove, a malfunctioning BBQ, and an out-of-order water/ice dispenser became the unfortunate norm, as no one seemed available to address these issues promptly.
For an accommodation costing $400 USD per night, I expected a level of service and customer care that was sorely lacking. The disconnect between the quality of the physical space and the management's indifference left me with a less-than-satisfactory experience. I hope that the management can take steps to improve their responsiveness and attention to guest concerns in the future.
