We had a 4 Day stay in Saigon and booked a room with city view. Our first room had no view, except a concrete wall, and in reception they ensured we were accommodated in another room with perfect city view on day 2.
Unfortunately, this room had issues with the shower flexi hose, but again, the staff ensured it was sorted.
on our last day there was no breakfast as a large group of guests had left an empty and messy buffet behind. We waited for 15 min to see if additional breakfast would be available, but as this was not the case, we left with empty stomachs. I felt really sorry for the young staff, as they were profusely apologetic to us.
In general, the staff is super, but the hotel has issues to sort out. Hopefully the construction of the lobby will soon finish as the staff is working under less than optimal conditions. But the hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything in District 1. We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon.
