For starters there was one employee working, the key cards were not working, so my husband had to wait 45 minutes before he could get into the room, just before 11pm, because the employee was very busy. Poor staff scheduling on managements part. No shower towels were in the room, luckily my husband packed a few towels on his trip, as he did not want to get locked out of his room and have to wait for the employee to come up and let him into his room. Hair on sheets from previous guest. There was a questionable charge on our bank account days later. I called and spoke with Jennifer who was incredibly rude. Said “do not call here again” and hung up. Claimed Hotels.com was at fault for the weird charge on our bank statement, even though it clearly said Holiday Inn. Interestingly, the next day the charged amount was taken off our bank account. Due to poor staffing, uncleanliness room, and rude staff, we do not recommend at all.
