Economy Hotel.Painted Pig but clean.
This is a budget hotel. I didn’t know that when I booked because the reviews were so great. But it’s no where near a 3 or 4 star. This is a REALLY nice 2 star hotel. Close to the beach. Rooms are average but very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bath towels were yellow - off white didn’t look clean. The staff was not friendly. I checked in late and the lady was in her car smoking. Someone was smoking in their room and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we all had to evacuate.
You can tell this used to be another hotel and they dressed it up with new paint. You can see where the old fixtures were. They definitely didn’t do a full remodel.
Floors are thin and you can hear people walking and talking above you.
Proximity to the beach was great! And it was clean enough for a 2 night stay. But I won’t ever stay at a Spark again!
