First thing is, we were only allowed one parking pass for our room, understandable but they didn’t offer any assistance in helping us find parking nearby ( there is none) so the hotel next door was nice enough to give us a pass for their lot.
Upon arrival the check in was easy, just used the door codes. The room wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped it would be. Hair on the ground and stuff.a lot of the furniture was broken, the couch felt very nasty and the cushions fell off every time we sat down. Not a big deal as we don’t spend alot of time in the room.. then I went to bed and the mattress felt like someone put a sheet over a concrete slab. It’s was almost unbearable so I took a bunch of blankets and laid them on the bed so I could sleep with some type of comfort.. the view from the room was incredible, the pool area was never busy which was a plus. The hotel is older but it’s kept clean and nice. Lots of towels were provided in the room. It is a HOA property so there is a lot of rules. You can’t vape or smoke on the property at all which I understand. It was a very quiet area, I felt very safe there. Would I stay here again? Maybe but would hope for a more updated room and cleaner. Especially for the price paid.
