Booked 4 nights, arrived at 1AM on 2nd night, the receiptionist told us that no room is available because no show on 1st night, i told them i paid for 4 nights in full, and at the beginning, they shouldnt even sold my room even tho i didnt show up becuase i paid for it. After that, they still said no rooms available, what do we want them to do (how could u ask customer for solution) then they asked for supervisior and upgraded us to a business which we r not quite happy because we booked for 2 beds, after the upgraded, it only has 1 king bed, ask for other room, said this is the only room available, well, we took the room because we don't wanna stay outside.
