The property was excellent and the room was very clean and spotless. We travel around Europe and this place was by far the nicest in terms of value, scenery and the place itself. I would definitely use it again.

Surprised to find there wasn't a charging station - it was on the list of amenities when we selected it. The room was extremely warm - no air conditioning or fans available. Slightly chaotic breakfast - staff struggling to keep food and juices in stock. Sorry to say we are not coming back 🙁

Lovely hotel but uncomfortable pillows!
We stayed for 4 nights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff, despite the language barrier with very few staff members speaking English. Food in the restaurant was excellent. There is a small amount of free parking on site and the pool facilities are good. The only downside was the pillows in our bed, we both struggled to sleep for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not, and we are both usually not fussy! But all in all it was a nice hotel and an enjoyable stay. Not a huge amount of choice for dinner in the town but all good quality.

Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar und Aussicht auf Hochgrat! Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Matratzen sehr weich und in der Dusche öfters unangenehmen Geruch, haben das in einem früheren Aufenthalt schon bemängelt und man wollte etwas machen. Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, aber manchmal etwas überfordert. Frühstück hervorragend und ein herzliches Dankeschön an die nette und herzliche Bedienung des langjährigen Mitarbeiters. Auch an der Bar und Restaurant sehr freundlich.

Wir waren im Anbau untergebracht, der leider in keinem guten Zustand war. Der Warmwasserregler der Dusche war kaum zu bedienen, da sehr verkalkt, folglich das Wasser entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt. Die Terrasse vor unserem Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gefegt, folglich verschmutzt, der angrenzende Hotelgarten nicht besonders gepflegt. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gut gereinigt, der kleine Mülleimer im Schlafbereich während unseres mehrtägigen Aufenthaltes wurde nicht geleert, die Toilette nicht besonders gut gereinigt, so daß sie dauernd gestunken hat. Im aktuellen Zustand kann ich die Zimmer im Anbau nicht weiterempfehlen. Unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Personal gerettet. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an alle!
