From start to finish this hotel tried their best to ruin our time in every possible way. As soon as we walked in we saw the confusion on their face when they realized they booked us the wrong room. They took us up the elevator and showed us a twin bed instead of the queen and twin bed that we paid for. After we complained we went down to the lobby as they prepared a side room, literally a room that can only be accessed from the side of the building with a door that’s nearly impossible to open and with no elevator as they forced us up two flights of stairs to a room that wasn’t even ready yet when they told us to go. They didn’t even offer to take anything up either, so we had to take 4 bags of heavy luggage up steep, narrow steps up to a room with no view at all and with no discount of refund mentioned. The worst part was the service, however, as mentioned before the door was nearly impossible to get into and so if we ever had to leave we had to go back to reception to get back in and they were rude and unhelpful every time we asked. They didn’t care about fixing their mistake nor were they in any way sorry they made it, they were just bothered that they had to do anything for their guests after that already took our money. On our last day when we asked them to call the shuttle to the hotel that they repeatedly told us they could do, however when the time actually came the shuttle never showed up and we had to race down the streets to find a taxi! We demand a refund.
