Had reserved a queen-size bed 3 weeks prior to stay, but they have no more rooms available on the actual day :(
The traffic outside the hotel is horrible. It takes forever to get out of Kuta area :(
There is no shelter from lobby to our room, had to get drenched during raining times. Also, rainwater is collected on the room entrance. No proper drainage system to drain out the water, thus easily attracts mosquitoes :(
The main room door cannot be locked and cannot be shut tightly. There will always remain a small gap, this allowing outside mosquitoes to fly in. :(
The toilet door lock is spoiled and cannot be closed properly too. The toilet door is translucent, causing the outside people to easily see the people in the bathroom doing business there :(
The restaurant is very slow in service. Ordered only 2 main dishes and there is not many customers during our time of order, yet it took more than 15 minutes to serve :(
The reception is not communicating and not working well with the spa team. The lobby reception asked us to book a time for spa with the spa front desk at 2nd level. The spa front desk asked us to book the spa through the reception. Pushing from one to another, in the end we did not manage to book an appointment for spa :(
Fortunately, there are also few plus points about this hotel. It is very near to the airport. The bed & pillow are really comfortable, the TV has too many Hollywood movie channels and the buffet breakfast food taste great :)
