We had a really nice stay of eight days at Domus Dei Consoli. Very comfortable bed, a nice big room, and a huge wardrobe to put things away were all huge pluses. The B&B is in the Porta Furba neighborhood, just 9 stops or 25 minutes from Termini or the central metro station. The neighborhood itself is attractive with a nice shop across the street for coffee, cocktails and some food items, and across the square is a pub/restaurant where we ate several times. This being Rome, the pub part of the building resides in a 400 a.d. granary. Excellent pizza! Federica the proprietor is lovely and very helpful with local suggestions. I believe we stayed in the Roma room, which has a nice big bed, private bath and private balcony. I recommend it.
