I booked this hotel for my employer to attend a conference, and paid for the stay in full through the booking website. Upon checking out, my employer was told by the receptionist that the bill had not yet been paid, so she paid the bill in cash. Only on her return did we realize that we had double paid. I wrote to the manager and explained the mistake, and he apologized and offered to reimburse us for the amount. After sending the details he requested, we heard no more. All emails were bounced back undelivered, even the telephone numbers were disconnected. We doubt that this hotel still exists. If it does, we recommend not to use it.
