We booked a family room. I paid in full online. Once we arrived at the motel, I had to pay additional $60 for a deposit after paying in full before we could get our room. The room I saw online and booked is not the room we were given. The room we stayed in, the floor was gritty with sand, the closet didn't have a rod to hang clothes, The air-conditioner only blew in the bedroom. The room I booked, beds were supposed to be a queen, a full, and 1 set of bunkbeds. The room we were given had 2 full bed and a set of bunkbeds. The bedroom needed a trashcan. The bathroom towels were small and there were only 2 wash rags. Before leaving, I pulled sheets and spreads off the beds to find all the mattress covers had stains on them as if they were not removed from the last occupant. My husband complained about the receptacles not being in the right place. He had to lay his phone on the floor to charge. Thank you for your time. I hope they will address these issues before they lose business. They lost ours.
