My husband and I had the place to ourselves in this four-room bed and breakfast. The proprietor was very friendly, helpful, and solicitous of fulfilling our needs. We were there for genealogical research, so we wanted to stay in this specific town, and this bed & breakfast fit the bill perfectly. The price was quite reasonable for the facilities provided. The commons area doubled as an antiques / curio shop, but there were no customers at the shop during our visit, as far as we saw. The only thing I might not like, if there were more guests, was the fact that there were only two bathrooms, shared by the four bedrooms. I would stay there again, if I come back to the area.
