Amazing staff
The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Especially the woman who worked on Saturday - Monday of my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. She made sure I got breakfast and a can before I went to the airport for an early flight.

I originally booked it because it was close to the Conferias and understand the noise but there was no installation to sound proof the hotel so you hear EVERYTHING all day and night. Bed was super comfy and room very clean. The housekeepers were on top of making sure they cleaned every room that even if you had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on and locked the door, they still come in anyway. And everyday they did this. Most staff was friendly, like doorman, bellboy and housekeepers. Receptionist no so much.

uncomfortable check in experience
After a paid reservation, they told me they didn't have a room for me, but they offer a room in another hotel which is about 150 yard from there, the next day they return us to their original reservated hotel, it was an uncomfortable arriving experience, but from day two everything runs smoothly

Worst stay in my life
Lack of responsibility. They said there was transfers back and forth from the hotel. When I arrived after 7 hours flight from NY I had to wait about an hour until someone at airport finally got a transfer for me. No one knew anything about it. From the hotel to the airport was another problem. I asked for a transfer at 6:30pm and they only arranged for 7pm without letting me know first. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and only had my room cleaned twice. It’s true I refused service 2 days, but just because they only came to clean my room at 9pm, when, everyday I was leaving at 7am and returning at 7pm.

Hotel Boutique City Center was a good choice for my trip to Bogotá. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is secure as the lobby is on the fifth floor and you must show your key to be admitted to the elevator area. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. They serve a fresh, tasty breakfast in the morning and the rooms are cleaned by housekeeping promptly during the day. The neighborhood is also quite handy to all parts of Bogotá. There are two nearby Transmileneo stations and many stops for the blue transit bus lines. The neighborhood is generally safe and not threatening at night in any way. There are lots of good local restaurants and plenty of services in the area, too. Over all, I recommend the Hotel Boutique City Center as a good, affordable selection for your stay in Bogotá.

hotel is good for business 2 things ; the must put some service elevator, they have just two and most of the day tiem they are busy for the personelll.... also in the room the have only the master light, no small light near the bed...very small thing...but
