AVOID AT ALL COST! Don't let the reviews fool you. I booked a family room for 5 nights. When we arrived, the hotel lobby was still ok. Check in was smooth. However, after being given my room, everything went downhill. After getting out of the lift at level 3, the first thing that caught my attention was the dirty carpet. We had to walk quite a distance to our room and throughout the corridor that we walked, all we could see was the stained carpet. When we first entered the room, we were greeted by a foul smell. The carpet in the room was badly stained as well. The bedsheets and towels were dirty and stained too. The toilet had foul smell as well especially at the sink area. The floor next to the toilet bowl had black stains on them. The walls were in bad condition and the toilet bowl was dirty as well. We couldn't see at night as for some reason, we could hear birds chirping outside the window throughout the night. The next morning, one of us woke up with rashes due to the dirty bedsheets in the morning.
We decided to check out after 1 night stay due to this bad experience and had requested for a partial refund through Expedia but was told that the hotel management refuse to approve the refund.
My advice is NOT to be swayed by the 3 beds provided for the family room as the actual live-in condition is the total opposite as the photos seen on booking applications. At check out, the manager refused to meet me to hear my concerns and messages left unanswered!
