horrible. mi peor experiencia

lo peor que me paso con hoteles.com. a mi llegada no tenian mi reserva y no tenian mas lugar. su sistema es un mail yahoo. la atencion del personal fue terrible. no hicieron mas que fijarse en el correo si habia o no jn mail de expedia. ni siquiera mandaron un mail o algo. la hoteleria de el nido deja mucho que desear es cara y no buena. el agua no es para nada buena. en la habitacion, hay una ventana (todo a lo ancho y largo) la cual se encontraba roto el vidrio. al momento de ingreso en la habitacion habia arena adentro. tiene el potencial de ser buen hotel. pero frente a esa atencion, por favor, deberan aprender mucho. termine en donde habia lugar. tengan mucho cuidado en este hotel, porque seguro aumentaron los precios y borraron un mail. asi de simple. cero profesionales.

I don't recommend to go any place in El Nido, even I don't find any interesting place where you can visit. Due to bad roads, highways, airports and any other private or public transport, if I were you I would choose any other destinations like Thailand,where similar destination like Koh Samui or Phuket have better communication than Philippines, but also, everyone look at the turister as a wallet, they look at you louding between them and speaking in their languague. Philippines try to get money from everything, they aren't very friendly. As I have told you, if I were you I will not go to El Nido or any other places in Philippines. With regards to the hotel, it is well located but it is so ugly and old than I consider it as a One stars hotel. The loose one of my tshirt (it cost me more than eight thousand pesos) and as compensation they gave me back 375 pesos. to sum up don't go to the El Nido. It is not worthy.

Bra läge precis vid strandkanten. Trevlig personal. Tyvärr några saker som drog ner betyget. Ganska slitet hotell. Frukosten var inte ätbar (om man inte uppskattat fiskhuvud och ris). Wifi funkade inte. Rummet otroligt lyhört, trodde jag glömt dörren öppen först. Ändå totalt godkänt pga läge och personal.

First time in El Nido

This hotel has a good location and is only good for leaving your items in while you spend the entire day out and about. Be sure to use the bottled water provided by the hotel for brushing your teeth, sometimes the tap water quality is no good. We were there during off season, so there’s a lot of construction and refurbishing going on. It’s also next to the driveway to the town square, so the buzz of motor bikes and trucks really makes a lot of noise pollution. Our room door really needed some tlc, actually the entire hotel needs it. You can hear everything going on outside. At night on weekends, a lot of bar goers are out, so you hear a lot of revelry, so noise canceling headphones are good to have. If you requested transportation services from the airport to the hotel, be sure to remind them prior to your arrival. I’m not trying to put this hotel down, I’m just sharing the experience I had. The hotel has a lot of potential to be great, I look forward to the day it does.

Best location in El Nido!

A beautiful location on El Nido Beach. I couldn’t believe how good the view was from my hotel room! Amazing beach, sea and charming boats. Good vibes, and very friendly hotel staff. It’s also very quiet, and short walking distance to any place in town. I give my best recommendations to this hotel! Also, try Tour A if you have the time. Amazing experience!

Just on the outskirts of town, easily walkable, but a little more quiet. Great hotel, amazing location and views of the ocean from the room. I first had a hotel in the middle of the city and moved here after the first night, best decision I could have made

My recent stay at El Nido Beach Hotel was a mix of memorable views and a few areas for improvement. The standout feature of this hotel is its unbeatable beachfront location. We booked a room with a stunning view of the ocean—waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sunrise was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were very responsive, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Breakfast was a delight, offering a variety of dishes and fresh fruits each morning, with eggs consistently included on the menu. That said, the room itself was noticeably outdated. There were signs of wear such as a sloppy paint job, cobwebs in the closet, and an overall need for better housekeeping. I believe rooms should be more thoroughly inspected and cleaned before guests check in. The bathroom was functional, equipped with hot and cold water and a bidet, though the grout could use a deep clean. Water pressure also varied depending on the time of day. The bed was not particularly comfortable; I often woke up feeling sore, which added to the impression that the room furnishings were in need of an upgrade. Despite these issues, the hotel’s exceptional view and peaceful ambiance made our stay enjoyable. While the accommodations may need improvement, the scenic beauty and quality service help balance the experience.
