Excellent staff, good room, but room smell like cigarette and weed, 3 nights and the 3 nights at 1am kids running, yelling, women screeming, horrible!

The room smelled at cigarettes, remote and fridge door were sticky. Bath courtain had stains like dry soap and black stains. The stairs of the building were filthy and carpet in the buildng and room hasn't been clean in years. Being COVID-19 times the cleaning of the place didn't give me much peace of mind. 80$ a night and it was worse than some super8 and motel6 (which are also cheaper) would not recommend and would not come back.

Terrible cleaning the dirty bathroom and the musty smell is unbearable. I rented a suite with a kitchen and it was useless, much less had any utensils, I only got a fluke

1 door jammed both getting open and closing 2. tv did not work 3. no clock in the room 4. had to move to another room 5. the one ice maker for a 3 story motel didn’t work 6 no breakfast 7. ran out of coffee both mornings 8 drinking fountains didn’t work 9 at 248.85 for 2 nights it was way overpriced

I ended up not staying. The first appearance was in my mind they are remodeling. When it was under prevoius owners they did update the rooms and decor. Getting off the elevator I knew i wouldnt be staying. The floors were nasty, walls dirty as well as the door to my room. As i opened the door, german roaches greeted me. They were on the fridge, floor, walls and counter. I closed the door in disgust, went to the front where i had to wait for the employee to show up. When i asked for a full refund, she asked why. She didnt hesitate and stated she's had over 100 complaints. And that the new owners know but dont care to do anything about it. Just care about making a buck. She mentioned they were pouring money in for renovations to turn it in to a Comfort Inn. That's one comfort in I wont be staying in.

I booked the hotel for the indoor pool. I wanted to treat my grandchildren to a couple of days at the pool. When I checked in, I was informed that both pools were closed, due to renovations. Not only were the pools closed, no telephone in the room, no remote control for the TV and the stove was not connected. Management stated that the hotel informed Hotel.com they were currently under renovation, and they failed to update the Hotel.com sight. I was not informed about the hotel being renovated by either party. As a result, my grandchildren were very disappointed.

Absolutely the WORST hotel ive EVER been in. Live roaches, ants, mold, smell of smoke, just Absolutely disgusting! DON NOT STAY HERE!
