We stayed in room 406. In their front view photos, it is the top floor with the nice balcony. It is a fairly large room in good condition. The street noise can be bothersome if you are a light sleeper, but i wasn't bothered.
The things that aren't perfect:
The bathroom shower slopes away from the drain, so water pools at the end. The sink faucet and shower hiss and make noise the first time you use them each day. It's loud enough to bother another person if they are still sleeping. But for the rest of the day, it's fine after the one noisy start. There is no elevator. I didn't mind walking up the nice wide stairs. I saw it as burning calories so that I could eat guilt free after running up and down multiple times per day. But if health conditions prevented it, that would be different. The first night the bed had a lumpy mattress pad. But after asking for a new one, the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast has many menu choices that you order and comes to you freshly made. They are mostly Vietnamese dishes, but there are also eggs, toast, and sides of bacon or ham. Also there is cut fruit, cereal, juice, and pastries. The wait staff is very attentive. The restaurant is very popular at lunch and dinner with many guests from outside the hotel. And live music each night. We ate at the hotel most nights on our week long stay.
The beach is only a block away, as are many dinning options. The staff made it a pleasant stay that forgave any faults. We would easily stay again.
