Since the last time I stayed here, the hotel appears to have changed their television service and they now have ROKU TV. No instructions were provided anywhere in the room or the guest information booklet, to offer suggestions on optimal operation. So, in addition to having to do a lot of work to try to make it function at all, the entire time I was trying to watch anything at all, including regular TV, the channels were exceptionally hard to find and the TV was buffering every 3-4 minutes all night long, which was highly unsatisfactory. I had a whirlpool in my room, no instructions for operation were provided for those who might need them. You have to get out and reset every 12-15 minutes, none of the jets put out much power at all, and it was definitely not worth the extra money for that type of room. The hotel and room were clean. The mattress was comfortable, but bed was made in a manner that it was impossible to pull up the sheets and bedspread far enough to fully cover up and be comfortable.
