We arrived after a blackout started and power didn't return until after we went to sleep, meaning we didn't use much of the cabin apart from the beds. They were quite comfortable however! We had to get takeaway for dinner too, although we'd hoped to use the kitchen we had. That being said I would hate to be someone who paid for a powered caravan spot only to have got the same facilities as unpowered.
I informed the office upon checking out that we didn't get to use the kettle, TV, have a shower etc. and all they said was that the hot water should've been working because it was on gas. We had just driven for eight hours and wouldn't be not washing through lack of trying. There wasn't a whisper of money off a return visit or partial refund.
We parked right outside our cabin and the park and buildings looked to be well maintained. There were no power sockets in the second bedroom despite being a "superior" cabin, however the bathroom was a decent size and the appliances looked to be good quality. I had to move from one bed to another because of noise from another cabin departing, however I would rate this below the motels we've stayed at in town on actual noise level, and the odd truck on the highway was passable in comparison.
