Booked our stay, on line, in advance on 3/25. Our stay was for several medical treatments, and arrived earlier due to weather conditions.
4 nights totOnline booking dates were wrong upon arrival. Booked 3 nights only 2 were booked. ( asked for Main floor, (no stairs), handicapped parking area close to exit door due to client's physical (immune compromised) and cognitive issues (dementia). We arrived an extra day early due to the weather. I called ahead (day before original arrival date) to add the extra night, and found we were booked on 3rd floor for 2 nights, not 3 nights. I relooked at confirmation dates, and they were the wrong dates. So I booked 4th night on the 3rd floor, due to unavailability of rooms. So, I will not book online again. I will talk to a real person, to book in the future.
The phone in 326 was filthy. I used it to call the front desk. When I hung up I noticed the dirt and debris on floor and baseboard, where phone was sitting on the bedside table. I found more when I moved the couch out to watch the TV. And the window looking out at the Trampoline business, accross the highway was dirty with finger prints and smudges and a prominent forehead and nose print on the inside glass. Long brown hairs in the bath tub. I was a little upset with the rooms condition.
AND THEN..... the fire alarm went off, chirping at 4:20 am, the last night we stayed. Which after being up most of the night, with side affects from the medical treatments, made it a very long.
